Essential for both the athlete or the weekend warrior, the balanced development of the 10 Physical Skills will drive your fitness to a new height of fitness with more power, more strength, more agility. Balance your fitness with Base Ten.
Using a scaled sequence of programs, drills, and medicine ball work, you will increase your endurance and performance while developing enhanced neuromuscular coordination, energy production and efficiency of movement.
The Ten General Physical Skills as defined by James O. Cawley and Bruce Evans, founders of Dynamax Medicine Balls: cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, power, balance, accuracy, acceleration, and coordination.
