Clinic Policies:
We
request a minimum of 6 weeks before the date to arrange for the event.
Unless hosted locally by Dynamax, customers are responsible
for
providing adequate facilities. An open field or gymnasium are
required and a classroom/lecture hall while not necessary, is
requested. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for
equipment or travel expenses incurred by Dynamax representatives.
We make every effort to minimize travel expenses.
Food
& drink will be covered by Dynamax for events requiring travel
outside of Texas.
Refunds:
Dynamax
is not
responsible for promotion or attendee
registration. If the event is cancelled within 1 week of a
scheduled date you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit
or
your deposit less the cost of event materials to Dynamax, whichever is
the lesser of the two. There are no refunds for events
cancelled
less than 1 week from a scheduled date. If an event is
cancelled
within 1 month of an event the customer is entitled to full refund.
