| There
is a difference between basic and advanced movements. The dynamax ball
allows you to train a summation of forces and movement patterns at an
accelerated rate. Avoid using the medicine ball as a substitute for pure strength training. If you are only interested in building strength and being a bodybuilder - go to the weight room! |
6
Exercises for a total of 39 repetitions creating a big challenge to the
core! Jim follows up with extra situp throws to burn out
Rick, and
finishes with a low-high medley comprised of leg kicks and situp
throws. This
combo is not for the weak! Each exercise is performed for 3 repetitions. Alternate situp throws between these six exercises: 2-arm thrusts, L & R 1-arm thrusts, overheads, L & R rotations. |
