Warranty Void With Product Abuse All models of the Dynamax Medicine Ball have undergone extensive testing to endure repeated impact in all athletic and fitness training situations. Over the past 18 years within NCAA Athletic Programs, High Schools, Fitness Clubs and Professional Sport Franchises, warranty replacement has been less than ONE-FOURTH OF ONE PERCENT. We know that the seams will not fail unless there is abuse by either throwing the product repeatedly against a rough aggregate service or floor slamming the product from overhead utilizing the full force of gravitational pull. The products have been tested to withstand repeated impact with a relatively smooth surface using any training throw against the pull of gravity or perpendicular to it. The product seams will not hold up to (and the warranty does not cover) what some inexperienced trainers refer to as "Ball Slams". |

Institutional Warranty Statement Dynamax agrees to repair, recondition or replace any of its balls that have defective seams within a two (2) year period of their original purchase. An institution is defined as any school, hospital, sports club, health club or public access gym where it is assumed that there are multiple users of the product. The purchaser shall pay for all shipping costs to AND from the Dynamax factory in Buda, Texas. |

Individual Warranty Statement Dynamax agrees to repair, recondition or replace any of its balls that have defective seams within a three (3) year period of their original purchase. An individual is defined as one person who purchased the product(s) for their private use. The purchaser shall pay for all shipping costs to AND from the Dynamax factory in Buda, Texas. |
