Which Medicine Ball Weight Should I Choose?
The Mini Dynamax Medicine Ball comes with weights from 2 Ib up to 10 Ib. When starting out, the American Council of Exercise (ACE) recommends medicine balls weighing between 4 and 15 Ibs as the best starting points.
